I couldn't help myself. Lela and I went to Lowe's after work to look for some herbs for her new garden. At the same time, I picked up a few more starter plants. These would include parslery, rosemary, garlic chives and chocolate mint. I couldn't stop thinking about the mint family. A mint group would be a great addition to my garden. So, I'm thinking of getting two more varieties of mint (pinapple mint, and spearmint).
I've never really heard of garlic chives before, but I guess they're very similar to regular chives, but instead of a mild onion flavor, they have a mild garlic flavor. I'll use it sometime when I'm low on garlic.
